Mark Sanders first started his career in the jewellery industry in 1976, as a travelling rep for a large wholesale jewellery company. In 1980 Mark started up his own wholesale jewellery company and grew this to employing 12 staff.
As the industry changed Sanders Jewellers adjusted with the times and moved in the direction of manufacturing and retail. In 1992 Mark and Cheryl Sanders opened the doors of their first store in St Heliers and in 1995 they opened their second store in Remuera
Sanders Jewellers celebrated 30 years since their first store opened and Mark and Cheryl Sanders still proudly own and operate both stores, alongside their valuable staff and son James
