Shipping policy

We use NZ Post or Pace Courier Signature Required track and trace courier packs for all orders. We ask that a physical address be given for delivery so that the package can be signed for on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls, they will leave a Card to Call with details for redelivery.

Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and either call NZ Post on 0800 2687437 or visit www.nzpost.co.nz.


Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if most convenient.


Overseas Shipping
At this time we do not offer overseas shipping via our online store. For case by case orders we will organise overseas deliveries if you contact us via the below contact details.
